We are talking about who is better for eb immigrants, so either you talk about what obama can offer or has offered to eb immigrants, unfortunately you cannot because obama is anti eb immigrants, so you are spewing the democratic talking points here and changing the topic. I think there are more than 6500 people here who are suffering from this disease then, about time we find a cure for it?
I am also among these 6500 people who are suffering but I still some time realize that its just a bad thing and should not be there in my mind. I know that its best country to live and best country to earn money and return to india but these are only excuses of remain sick. I think fedex does some same day delivery service from some cities, I called they had that service from my city, you might have to give the package very early like 4 or 5 am on monday, call 1800-go-fedex for details
i don't think they accept anything on sunday to deliver on Monday. You can call fedex cust rep and find more.

1) The law does not explicitly state that the visa number availability is a pre-requisite for filing the application
2) If you are interpreting it based on the words ....
"an immigrant visa is immediately available to him at the time his application is filed"
Then according to 245(a)(2)....
"the alien is eligible to receive an immigrant visa and is admissible to the United States for permanent residence, and "
....concurrent filing of I-140/I-485 should also be illegal because at the time of filing I-140 there is no determination of whether the alien is eligible to recieve the EB visa. If so how can USCIS allow filing of I-485 at that time.

First off, you are looking for a bodyshop. A consulting shop. You would be the consultant if you are hired they would be the consulting firm.
There is a website called http://www.desicrunch.com/ (Desi Crunch) that as reviews of most of Indian Consulting shops. Reviews are posted by individuals themselves so they would be reliable.

It took me less than 15 minutes to register and post the ad. But as you see it can not be done by one person, with every one's help , we can finish this effort in few days.
We have approximately 7000 members , if we can post at least in 1000 different web sites/forums/groups , I am sure It will definetly help increase the membership toward 10,000.

You can also use Mental Rey, and check the "final gather" option. Make sure when you use it you set the rays down to like 10 or 20, or it'll take forever to render.
This will actually make all objects emit a certain amount of light depending on their brightness. For example, a stone wall will not make any noticeable light, but a bright white ball (a light bulb) will act as a omni light. I use this in almost all my renders to achieve a more realistic scene.
That shader glow thing isn't what he wants I think. To add it though, open the attributes of the material, and under the special effects menu you just increase the value from 0. That does not make the object a light though, it adds a glow to the object in post (after the render), and so it does no make any actual light. .... i might be thinking of some other glow thing, soulty's way might work as well

I think it will be a lot easier to focus out energies to port ourselves to EB2/EB1.
Most of us would have bachelors + 5 years. So EB2 shouldn't be any problem as long as you are willing to change jobs and the employer is willing to file for GC.
Personally, the next time I'm in a position to drive a hard bergain for a job negotiation (still difficult in the current economic environment) - I will try to shoot for a 1 year foreign assignment -> EB1 route. I still curse myself for letting go of one such opportunity in 2006 becuase I did not want to go to London.
So if anybody knows companies that have started filing for GCs again after the freeze of last year - please let us know.
I think that discussion will be far more productive than any wishful reinterpretation of the law.

Every member has the potential to contribute. It is not a million dollar per month. But how to make them to realize the importance and to make them feel comfortable with IV to contribute matters the most. Adding up your pledge in the signature is a most important for this one.
