Aside from being a total sob fest, Monday night’s Secret Life of The American Teenager episode was a major swoon-athon. Ricky got his stud on, busted out his inner romantic and even managed to shed a bad-boy tear. Sigh! Let’s just say that in between wiping tears off our cheeks, we were wiping Ricky-induced drool off our chin.

1. Ricky lifted up his shirt to reveal his abs.
We’re always on the look out for a Ricky ab-flash, but we hardly expected to catch a glimpse of his six pack during the tragic season finale! What better way to get your hysterical girlfriend to sex you up than casually flashing her your happy trail?

Nothing’s more adorable than a stud shedding a tear. When Badrian’s baby died, all of Ricky’s repressed emotions came bubbling to the surface and exploded on his sexy chin dimples. Although Ricky’s sad face was mildly hilarious, we still wanted to reach into the screen and kiss the tears off his face. What? We’re just telling it like it is.
3. Ricky called Amy "gorgeous."
Ricky and Amy’s usual dynamic consists of Amy drooling all over him while he basically ignores her and occasionally tries to feel her up, but on Monday Sticky Ricky broke out his romantic side! How adorable was it when Ricky ran up to Amy in the hallway all, “Hey gorgeous!” He genuinely seemed thrilled to see her — and “thrilled” isn’t exactly an emotion Ricky is familiar with.
4. Ricky took Amy’s v-card, round II.
On Monday night, Ricky finally got a chance to do what the does best: bone. It’s been forever since this stud put his skills in the sack to use, and honestly we won’t be surprised if Ricky gets Amy pregnant again.

Why Did Adrian's Baby Die?

The death of Adrian and Ben’s baber is just about the saddest thing that’s ever happened in Secret Life history, and it was so unexpected! Adrian had regular check-ups throughout her pregnancy, and she and her baby bump seemed totally healthy — so what went wrong?
From what we could gather in between sobbing sessions, Badrian’s baby was stillborn, which means that it died in the uterus. Women still have contractions and deliver their baby during a stillbirth, but you might have noticed that when Adrian’s doctor asked if she felt the baby moving, Adrian said “no.” Lack of movement is the first indication that something is wrong in a pregnancy, and though it doesn’t necessarily mean that the worst has happened, it’s definitely a reason to book it to the hospital.
The causes of stillbirth are still unknown, but they’ve been linked to infections, birth defects, and high blood pressure (to name a few). As far as we know, Adrian’s been as healthy as a horse during her pregnancy, so her baby’s death is a complete mystery to us all.
Unfortunately, stillbirths aren’t that uncommon. In the United States, a stillbirth occurs in 1 out of every 160 deliveries, which means there are 25,000 stillbirths per year.
Hopefully, Adrian will find a support group to help deal with her loss, but in the meantime we want some answers, Secret Life writers!

At right, is a photo of Leighton snapped at a December 2009 album release party for Robin Thicke. We love Leighton, but we think she looks like a little girl who’s been playing with Mommy's lipstick in that snap! In contrast, we’ve got just one adjective for Leighton sans makeup at a September 2010 Derek Lam runway show— FLAWLESS
The Always Gorgeous Blake Lively of Gossip Girl
It just dawned on us that we've never seen a picture of Gossip Girl's Blake Lively (Serena van der Woodsen) where she doesn't look like a stunning supermodel. Obviously, Blake looks glamorous at the September 2010 Toronto premiere of The Town at right. But even without a dollop of makeup on — like this photo from Super Bowl Sunday in February 2009, left — she radiates relaxed, California beauty. Le sigh.
Kim Kardashian Minus Makeup? Still Gorgeous!
Hey, isn’t the point of these "embarrassing" celebrity pics to make us all feel better about ourselves? Bootylicious babe Kim Kardashianmight look gorgeous at the Wet Republic opening in Vegas in March 2011, but she’s evenmore beautiful without the makeup at an L.A. gym back in January. So not fair!
Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola Goes Natural... Sorta
Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola may not have her entire "face on" in this January 2010 photo at an NYC hotel, but her shiny straight locks are still looking salon perfect. Maybe if the Jersey Shore knockout was sporting a messy ponytail, we'd give her a little more credit for going low-maintenance. (Still, compared with her red carpet look at the July 2010 Jersey Shorealbum release party, we have to say that Sammi looks even better — and healthier — without the tan!)
Deena Cortese Keeps It Casual
Now, this just-rolled-out-of-bed look fromJersey Shore star Deena Cortese is much more like it. (Take note, Sammi.) Deena’s super-causal outfit for this August 2010 coffee run in Seaside Heights looks nothing like the glam look she sported at the 2010 VMAs a month later. Still, it’s nice to see that Deena can embrace both ends of the style spectrum so well.
Wow... It's JWOWW!
Huh, we barely recognized Jersey Shoreresident JWOWW without her signature layers of eye shadow and shimmery lip gloss. We might be used to the glammed up JWOWW (seen at a 2011 book signing at right), but we’re not certainly not opposed to the more laid-back look she sported at a January 2010 L.A. Lakers game. Truth be told, we kinda dig this fresh-faced girl-next-door look!
Sarah Drew Lets Out Her Freckles
Honestly, the Grey's Anatomy women sure like to pretty themselves up for Seattle Grace (and don't even get us started on the guys). Sarah Drew (aka April Kepner) looks glamorous at a gala in May 2011, but we happen to think she is positively adorbz minus the foundation in these portraits from the 2005 Sundance Film Festival ... Hello, freckles!
Sara Ramirez Shines On
Meanwhile, Grey's Anatomy doc Callie Torres, actress Sara Ramirez, looks as beautiful as ever without her eyeliner (pictured left at a Broadway show back in June 2009). At right, she’s all glammed up for the red carpet at the NAACP Awards in March 2011. Which look do you like best?
Sandra Oh (No!)
At least one Grey's Anatomy actress is willing to look slightly less than perfect once in a while: leave it to Christina Yang (Sandra Oh) to be the voice of reason. Sandra showed off a fresh face as she left a bar in London back in June 2010. Compare that to her elegant matte makeup look at the 2011 NAACP awards. We think she looks great in both pics!
